HTC 10 Nougat update rolling out in UK

HTC is now rolling out the Android 7.0 Nougat update to HTC 10 devices in the UK. The update also comes with the latest Android security update by Google.

The UK HTC 10 Nougat update is coming with software version 2.41.401.3, and is 1.17 GB in size. The OTA update is on the roll as we speak and should reach your device very soon. You can also check for the update manually via Settings » About phone » Software update section on your phone.

Notably, HTC halted Nougat rollout in the US last week due to serious bugs/issues found on the Nougat software. The company later confirmed that the update will resume in the next couple of weeks, and will come with the January security patch.

Full RUU firmware for the update isn’t available for download as of yet, but we’ll be sure to update our HTC 10 firmware page when the Nougat RUU is available for the UK HTC 10.
