Follow the steps below to schedule a meeting through Zoom’s official portal:

Step 1: Go to Zoom’s official website and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Go to My Account.

Step 3: Click on the Meetings tab and hit Schedule a New Meeting.

Step 4: Go through the details on the next page: set time, duration, password, video and audio options and more.

Step 5: After confirming your preferences, click Save. The next screen will give you the option to share the meeting invite with your attendees.

Additionally, you could also choose to start the meeting immediately by clicking on Start this Meeting.

How to schedule a meeting through the desktop client (PC app)

Step 1: Log in to the Zoom desktop client with the correct credentials.
