Start from the gym and use the big rift in the sky behind it to enter the Bleach area, often described as the Las Noches area. From there, go to the arena side and check the recipe at Vasto Lord so your farming target is clear before you spend time in dungeons.
Use the dojo to access Limbo Dungeon, then run it on Hard or Nightmare until you have 6 Tattered Shrouds, 2 Lord Horns, and 1 Vasto Core. Normal clears are wasted for this recipe because the required Vasto materials do not drop there.
For the final material, work through Vigo‘s questline in the Bleach area. Vigo’s questline can require Black Moon Reiatsu equipped before it appears, so put it on before speaking to him if the quest prompt is missing.

The biggest mistake is farming Normal Limbo Dungeon and expecting Vasto materials. For Tattered Shrouds, Lord Horns, and Vasto Core, run Hard or Nightmare every time.
Farm Limbo Dungeon only on Hard or Nightmare; Normal runs will not give the Tattered Shrouds, Lord Horns, or Vasto Core needed for Vasto Special.
