Steal an infected egg marked by a purple Parasite from the Snow area or a higher zone, carry it back to The Hungry Monster, and feed five Parasites to fill its meter and receive a Monster Chest.
This is a short steal-and-deliver loop rather than a combat challenge. Once you can reach the eligible areas, the run comes down to spotting the right egg and returning it safely.
Which infected eggs The Hungry Monster accepts
A qualifying infected egg has a visible purple Parasite attached to its top. Normal eggs will not feed The Hungry Monster.
These eggs begin appearing in Snow and continue through higher zones. Reaching Snow requires 170K Speed.
Take the first infected egg you can safely reach. Every qualifying egg adds the same 20% hunger progress, regardless of its biome.
How to feed The Hungry Monster and get a Monster Chest in Steal An Egg
Find a marked egg, return it to the starting area, and complete The Hungry Monster’s meter.

Approach the infected egg and use the Steal prompt to pick it up.

Carry the stolen egg back across the Safe Zone boundary until the You stole an EGG! notification appears.

Equip the egg, enter the circle beneath The Hungry Monster, and hold E on PC or Feed Parasite on mobile.

Complete five feeds
Repeat the route until the meter reaches 100%, causing The Hungry Monster to drop a Monster Chest after the fifth feed.

Collect and open the Monster Chest
Pick up the chest and open it to roll one of its available rewards.
