The Xiaomi Mi A1 is most certainly one of the best devices Xiaomi has launched to date. The Mi A1 was launched in September being the first Xiaomi device to be part of the Android One program. The Mi A1 is, in fact, the same phone as the Mi 5X (China only), however, instead of launching the device with Xiaomi’s own custom skin, MIUI, the device was launched with stock Android since it’s part of the Android One program.
The Xiaomi Mi A1 comes with a Snapdragon 625 processor along with 4GB RAM as well as a dual camera setup on the rear. At launch, the device had one of the best cameras in its price range and also was one of the only few budget smartphones to have ‘portrait mode’. Since the device is part of the Android One program, it gets the latest updates fairly quickly.
