What information does ROMWE have on you?
Depending on how much you have used the service, ROMWE keeps a detailed profile of you. They use this information to provide you with targeted ads, a better selection of clothing, and of course to execute delivery. You will receive an automated response, below which there will be an option for ‘Manual service’.

Type in that you would like to delete your account, and hit ‘Submit’. You will receive a popup informing you that you will receive a reply within 24 hours.
How to delete your account from the ROMWE app
Now the ROMWE app does not have a dedicated ‘Contact us’ button like the website; and it definitely doesn’t have a ‘Delete account’ button. So, in order to delete your account using the app, you will have to submit a ticket.
To do so first go to the ‘Me’ section of the app, tap the ‘Support’ button in the top right corner, and select ‘Customer service’.
In the message box, type ‘Submit a ticket’. Below the automated response, click the ‘Contact us’ button > Submit a ticket. Under ‘Question type’ select ‘Account issue’, the mention that you would like to delete your account.
What happens after you submit a ticket
You should get a reply from ROMWE in your email, up to 24 hours after you submitted your ticket. The email will ask you to confirm that you would like to delete your account and ask you the reason why. There is no compulsion to provide a reason, but do reiterate that they should go ahead and delete your account.
According to their email, account deletion takes 1-3 days.
Does ROMWE still keep your data after deletion?
ROMWE claims that they have no obligation to retain user data once the account has been deleted. However, that is not to say that they will delete your data.
They go on to claim that they may keep your data for legitimate purposes such as account recovery, audits, and to protect their rights in case of a dispute.
They also say that they may keep your ‘non-personal’ data indefinitely in order to improve their website, marketing, and customer relations.
