The Huawei Honor 9 Lite, a mid-range smartphone that is supposed to launch in India very soon, has already received a new software update.

It is likely that Huawei has distributed some review units to the media and once the phone is official, the reviews can be released. These phones are probably getting this new software update, which includes some bug fixes and improvements.

The update version is LLD-AL10 8.0.0.100, and it looks like the phone will come with Android 8.0 Oreo on board. As per the change-log, the update fixes an issue with Airtel VoLTE, which means that this is for the Indian variant. That seems to be it, for now, apart from some stability improvements and a newer Android security patch.
