Higaro bandit Soul is an item you collect from fighting Higaro bandits in Anime Piece, with the game on Update 1.0. Robe’s quest becomes available once you’re past level 22. This guide covers the equipment options, Robe’s quest and the rewards available along the way.

Melee can defeat Higaro bandits, so you can start fighting without a katana. Buying a katana is recommended for these encounters, but it’s optional.

How to get Higaro bandit Souls in Anime Piece
Talk to Robe
Approach Robe in the safe zone and use INTERACT [CLICK] to begin the conversation.
Accept Higaro’s bandits
Select Sure! to start Higaro’s bandits. Once the quest notification appears, dismiss the dialogue and head toward the bandit camp.
Separate a bandit from the group
Look for the enemy labeled Higaro’s bandit [20+]. Wait near the camp’s edge until one moves away from its spawn group, then engage it individually.
Defeat the isolated bandit
Keep attacking until the bandit is defeated. Watch for You Receive a New Item: Higaro bandit Soul (1x), which tells you that you’ve collected a soul.
Recover and finish the quest
Back away between encounters and let your health regenerate before the next fight. The nearby sandy beach offers room to rest, but bandits patrol nearby, so keep your distance from them. If you’re using a katana, you can keep it in hand before opening the game menu. If you already own Cutlass, you can change equipment during this break: open Menu and Inventory, select Cutlass under Swords and choose Equip. Optionally, switch to Accessories and equip Pirate Eyepatch. Close the menus before approaching another bandit. You can use Cutlass to defeat the final bandit. Continue until the tracker’s five-bandit objective is complete and Quest Completed! [Higaro’s bandits] appears; a soul notification can appear alongside that banner. Choose Accept on the Repeat Quest prompt to start again. You can also head back toward Robe afterward.
