How to redeem codes in Genesis War

You won’t find a codes button inside Genesis War itself. Redemption happens on the game’s official web portal, so grab your User ID before you start.

Open the Genesis War web portal in your browser.

Head into Account Settings and copy your User ID, you’ll need it for the next step.

Click the Coupon section sitting next to the Download button, then paste your User ID into its field and type the code exactly as it appears above into the Coupon Code box.

Hit Confirm to submit it, then open Genesis War on your device and check your in-game Mailbox. A successful code shows up there as an unclaimed reward waiting to be collected.

Note: If nothing shows up in your Mailbox after confirming, double-check that you entered the User ID and the code without typos, since even a single wrong character will stop the redemption from going through.
