And my oh my, what we see goes on to confirm that going bezelless is the future, period. To be precise, the Galaxy S8 isn’t fully bezelless but you can’t deny the tingling sense of excitement you get when beholding such a display.
The Galaxy Note 7 which sports a 5.7-inch display looks huge and obtuse when compared to  the Galaxy S8 which features a bigger 5.8-inch display in an even smaller form factor. The same can be said for the Galaxy S7 Edge too, which looks plain ordinary standing alongside the upcoming flagships.

It isn’t that the current generation of flagships designs were bad, in fact they are excellent by today’s standards. It’s the fact that technology has advanced so much to deliver stuff closer to our dreams that excites us and makes us drool over such things like the upcoming Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus.
