Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge users in China will soon start to receive the Android 7.0 Nougat update. It’s been revealed that the Nougat beta testing period in China has come to and end today.

As you can see in the screenshot above, the message says that the beta testing has ended and the final version will be released soon. The final Nougat best version for Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge Chinese variants is QA8.

The source also mentioned that Samsung will most likely not release the final Nougat update this month. Users in China can expect the update to be available next month. In other regions, the update is well underway and users are loving it. In the US, AT&T and other carriers may release the update in March.

If you cannot wait for the Nougat update, you may also download the firmware that supports models SM-G930F (S7) and SM-G935F (S7 Edge). However, this version should only be installed on the mentioned models. We will let you know when the Nougat update goes live in China.
