A recent report suggested that the upcoming Galaxy Note 8 will have a larger display than the Galaxy S8+. As it turns out, the smartphone will not only have a bigger display but also have a better screen-to-body ratio in comparison to the Galaxy S8+.

A new image has surfaced online revealing what could be the display of the Galaxy Note 8. And boy, does it have even slimmer bezels.

As you can see from the above image, the display has a cut-out on the top similar to the one rumored for the Apple iPhone 8. In fact, this is the second time we are seeing the cut-out on the top. Recently, a video had also revealed a similar display. Samsung will probably fit the iris scanner, front facing camera, and other sensors in the cut-out region.

Notably, the bottom bezel doesn’t have the curved edges like the one on the Galaxy S8+ and also they don’t elongate towards the sides. This could mean that there won’t be any side bezels. But again, this is just a leak and we recommend you to take it with a pinch of salt.

The Galaxy Note 8 is expected to be unveiled in late August and is expected to come with Snapdragon 836 chipset, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of onboard storage, and more.
