How to collect Frostcores from Winding Tunnels in Valheim
Search the Deep North’s ruined structures, descend into the tunnels, and follow the blue glow to the Frostcores.

Search the Deep North for pre-built wooden structures, then look inside the ruins for a circular opening leading underground.

Enter the Winding Tunnels
Descend into Winding Tunnels with a light source so you can see through the dark passages.

Collect the glowing Luminous Larva directly from the tunnel walls while exploring.

Fight through the hostile creatures blocking the passages as you continue the search.

Check the dungeon passages for the distinctive floating blue orbs that mark Frostcores.

Using the Frost Foundry
Back at base, open the build menu beside a Workbench and place the Frost Foundry with 15 Iron, 20 Stone, and 10 Frostcore.
The foundry uses extreme cold to harden filled moulds into finished items. Face the placed structure and press E to add Liquid Frost.
Its reservoir holds 20 units and displays 0/20 when empty.
Building the Frigid Kiln with Frostcores
The related Frigid Kiln costs 20 Stone and 5 Frostcore, with a nearby Workbench required for placement.
This kiln uses a strange, chilling process to produce a potent fuel.
