You won’t type this code into the game itself. Funcom runs redemption through a separate account portal, and your reward shows up on your character the next time you log back in.

Make sure you’ve already installed Dune Awakening and finished building your character before you try to redeem anything. The reward needs an active character to attach to, so this step can’t be skipped.

Head to the Dune Awakening Account Manager in your browser and sign in with the same Steam account that owns your copy of the game. Verify your email if the site asks you to, then click Redeem Key on the left side of your dashboard.
