You won’t find a code-entry box anywhere inside Digimon Up itself. Bandai Namco handles redemption through a separate web page, so the first thing you need to do is connect your save file to a Bandai Namco account. Once that’s linked, the rest of the process happens in your browser.

Open Digimon Up and tap the menu button.

Select Data Link, then log in or register a Bandai Namco account if you haven’t linked one already. This step is what ties your game progress to the account you’ll use on the redemption page.

Visit the Digimon Up promo code page in your browser and sign in using that same Bandai Namco account. Double-check that the page shows the correct game account before you go any further, since submitting a code while signed into the wrong account won’t get you your reward.
