How to redeem codes in Digimon UP

You won’t find a code box inside Digimon UP itself. Redemption runs through your linked Bandai Namco account and a separate web page, so you need to connect that account before a code does anything for you.

Open Digimon UP and choose your starting partner Digimon if you haven’t already, since the account link option only shows up after you’re past the intro sequence.

Tap the menu button on the main screen and select Data Link. Confirm the prompt to link a Bandai Namco account, signing in or creating one if you don’t already have one.

On your phone or computer browser, open the Digimon UP promo code page while signed into that same linked Bandai Namco account, then type the code exactly as shown, in capital letters, into the text box.

Press Input to submit the code, then fully close Digimon UP and reopen it. Your 600 digiemeralds should show up in your in-game balance once the app restarts, confirming the code went through.

Note: If the code doesn’t apply, double-check that you’re signed into the same Bandai Namco account on both the app and the web page. A mismatched account is the most common reason a code appears to fail.
