The G Pad X from LG is a mid-range tablet released a year ago and AT&T is offering the restored version of the device for free on a 2 year contract. Though, it must be noted that only qualified customers with excellent credit history will be considered for this offer.

Even though this a restored device, it is done through certified professionals so there is no cause for concern. You can either go for the $10.63 per month option for a period of 20 months or you can get the tablet for free on the above mentioned contract.

The tablet is suitable for those who are on a budget and don’t have a need for overkill specs. With 2GB of RAM, the Snapdragon 615 SoC and an 8-inch 1200 x 1920 display, the LG G Pad X is right up the alley for the casual user. The only caveat here is that the device runs on Marshmallow, but then again, you can grab it for free, so there shouldn’t be any reason to complain.

16GB of storage is plenty for many out there, but in case you need the extra storage, you have the option to expand storage up to 256GB. If you’re interested in a quick and cheap alternative to get an Android device, the LG G Pad X seems like a pretty good choice.
