Go into the office marked 06.

Inspect the office and advance New Growth

Open Underhill’s Personal Notes

Interact with the desk on the left to open Underhill’s Personal Notes.

Inspect the Welcome Letter

Inspect the Welcome Letter on the main table in the center of the office.

Once you obtain the letter, you get +1 Underhill’s Apartment Key and your objective changes to Search Underhill’s Apartment.
