You can clear the launch defaults you’ve set by going through settings – applications – manage applications – (wait for all apps to load) – select the app – and then select clear defaults from the app’s data/usage page. Well, that’s nice but it falls flat when a app can do the same begging just one touch of your finger. No?

Say hello to ClearDefault, a free android app with just one pop-up screen under its hood and weighing just 28 KB, it saves you a lot of time by clearing all default launch settings in just ONE click. Since it clears all of them at just one instance, use this app wisely.

Of course, the app does much better than the first method we discussed above but it would have been awesome if the app gave us the choice to select the settings that we would like to clear rather than wipe all of them at one go. Let’s hope the developer brings it up in the update.

But nevertheless, setting defaults again, which were not intended to be removed in the all-or-none process of the app, is still easy. Just mark it as and when your phone asks. And yes, you’ve done many a times, already!
