Android 6.0 Marshmallow allows you to enable a hidden setting called SystemUI Tuner, using which you can change/re-arrange the quick settings toggles on your Nexus phone or any other phone running stock Android.

  1. Enable SystemUI Tuner.
  2. Go to Settings > About phone > SystemUI Tuner settings.
  3. Select Quick Settings, and do your re-arrange of quick toggles.
