Although the Galaxy S8 and S8+ are still two weeks away from their official launch, we already have a fair idea of what these handsets are going to bring to the table, thanks to the innumerable leaks. But, if there’s one thing we are not sure of, it has to be the availability date. As it turns out, we now have the details of its availability as well, at least for our friends in Canada.

Last week, rumor had it that the Galaxy S8 and S8+ will be made available to the users starting April 28. Corroborating the earlier rumors, a new report emerged today claiming that both Galaxy S8 and S8+ will be shipped to Canadian users on April 28.

While the citing only refers to the Canadian market, given Samsung’s history, we can expect the device to be released in the US along with a bunch of other markets on the same day. To remind you, the Samsung Galaxy S7 was made available to the residents of US, Canada, and a bunch of other countries on the same day.
