Best Suisui Build, Teams, and Pull Value in Wuthering Waves

Suisui is built for players who want one sustain slot to do more than heal. Her kit compresses healing, team amplification, Negative Status support, and fast Concerto flow into a short field-time rotation, which makes her especially valuable in Version 3.5 team planning.

The short version: is simple: build enough Energy Regen to unlock her support ceiling, run her dedicated Echo set, and treat her as a buffer first. Her personal damage is not the reason to pull her.

Suisui role and account fit

Suisui is a Glacio Rectifier sustain whose main job is supporting DPS characters that apply or consume Negative Status effects. She heals through her kit, but her real account value is that she can occupy the healer slot while also giving offensive buffs.

Her Liberation creates a field that lasts 30 seconds, raises the maximum stack limit of Negative Status effects by three, and adds extra payoff when Havoc Bane stacks are consumed: enemies lose 12% Havoc Resistance and 6% Defense. Her Outro then adds 25% all-damage amplification for 30 seconds.

KEY!That makes her best for accounts built around Negative Status DPS units, where her full kit is actually being used. Outside those teams, she is still playable as a fast universal sustain because all-damage amplification works broadly, but her ceiling drops when the team is not consuming Negative Status effects.

How to run Suisui’s setup rotation in Wuthering Waves

This is Suisui’s basic field-time sequence from empty Forte to the DPS swap, with the Intro shortcut used whenever it is available.

1. Start in normal form — Begin in Suisui’s normal form and use her Resonance Skill, Normal Attacks, and Dodge Counter to build Cloud Breath.
2. Fill the first Forte — Build up to 120 Cloud Breath, which completes her first Forte resource.
3. Watch for the skill change — Once the first Forte is full, Suisui’s Resonance Skill is replaced by her enhanced skill.
4. Enter enhanced form — Use the enhanced skill to move into her enhanced form.
5. Track the second Forte — In enhanced form, Suisui gains a 600-point second Forte split into three 200-point sections.
6. Stay inside the enhanced window — Use the enhanced state’s 15-second duration to keep attacking and charging the second Forte.
7. Finish charging the second Forte — Continue using Normal Attacks and Resonance Skill until the second Forte is completely filled.
8. Cast Resonance Liberation — Once the second Forte is full, cast Suisui’s Resonance Liberation.
9. Trigger Outro Skill — Use her Outro after Liberation so the stored Forte points are consumed for her support buffs.
10. Swap to the main DPS — Move into your damage dealer after Suisui’s Outro to play inside her buff window.
11. Use the Intro shortcut — When Suisui enters through her Intro Skill, the first Forte fills instantly, letting her reach enhanced form much faster.

Suisui Echo set, main stats, and substats

Song of the Feathered Trace is Suisui’s preferred Echo set because it rewards the same stat she already wants. The set increases Attack by 0.1% for every 1% Energy Regen, up to a 25% Attack bonus at 250% Energy Regen.

Her own kit pushes the target slightly higher: her Outro can provide up to 12% increased damage based on Energy Regen, reaching the maximum at 260% Energy Regen. That makes the 250-260% Energy Regen range the build’s first real checkpoint before HP stacking starts to matter.

Suisui best weapons

Suisui’s strongest weapon profile is a Rectifier with a large Energy Regen substat and support utility. Her signature naming has appeared inconsistently around launch, with First Lights Herald and Dew Imbiber both attached to a 77% Energy Regen option, so judge the weapon by its stat package rather than the label alone.

The signature-style option is strong because it covers Energy Regen, adds HP% for healing, restores Concerto Energy after Liberation, and gives the team a 20% Attack buff. It is her best-in-slot support weapon, but it is not required for her to function.

Suisui skill priority

Unlock Suisui’s talent nodes first, because her support value depends on having the full kit active. After that, prioritize Forte Circuit, then Resonance Liberation.

Her damage traces are secondary. Suisui can contribute through Intro damage, but the reason to invest in her is stronger healing, smoother rotations, and more reliable team buffs.

Suisui best teams and alternatives

Suisui’s best teams are the ones that turn her Negative Status package into damage. Yangyang: Xuanling is the main core to build around first, followed by Hiyuki teams and Aemeath Fusion Burst teams.

Early Version 3.5 testing places these cores very close at the top, so treat the order as a team-building priority rather than a permanent ranking. If you already own one of these DPS units, Suisui is much easier to justify than she is on an account that mainly plays traditional non-status teams.

Chisa matters most as the flexible Negative Status alternative, especially for players who need another support to round out Yangyang: Xuanling or Hiyuki teams. Lucilla remains the cleaner Hiyuki partner when owned, while Chisa keeps the team functional for accounts that skipped her.

Suisui Resonance Chains and copy value

Suisui’s early Resonance Chains improve her as a support rather than trying to turn her into a carry. The most important stopping point is S2, especially for players committed to Negative Status teams.

If you are spending past one copy, S2 is the standout goal. S3 is valuable for smoother rotations, but it is a deeper investment after the main support breakpoint.

Suisui pull and weapon verdict

Pull Suisui if your account uses, or plans to use, Yangyang: Xuanling, Hiyuki, or Aemeath. She gives those teams a sustain slot that also buffs damage, extends Negative Status value, and shortens setup pressure.

She is less mandatory for accounts that do not play Negative Status DPS cores. In that case, she is still a useful healer with all-damage amplification, but not the same kind of account-changing support.

For most players, copies are a better spend than her weapon. Variation is good enough to run her, while S2 gives a much larger payoff to the teams that want her most.
