Motorola recently angered many fans when it emerged that it won’t be releasing the Moto Z4 Force after missing out last year, but this doesn’t mean the most recent model that came out in 2017 is forgotten in terms of software updates.
As of this writing, the Moto Z2 Force is being treated to a slice of Android 9 Pie. However, the update has so far been released in Brazil as version PPX29.159-10, tagging along the fairly new May 2019 security patch.
Motorola has this habit of rolling out new OS updates in Brazil before spreading to other regions. If anything, this is a sign that your Moto Z2 Force will soon get the update to Pie, but we can’t give you any specific dates.
