How to redeem codes in 18 Floors

Redeeming codes here doesn’t happen through a pop-up window on launch. You’ll need to open a menu manually, so follow these steps in order.

Open 18 Floors on Roblox and let the lobby finish loading before doing anything else.

Click the player icon on the left side of the screen. This opens the redemption window.

Find the “Enter Code Here” box in the bottom-left corner of that window and paste in a working code.

Hit Redeem. You’ll know it worked when a confirmation pop-up shows up on screen, even if your Credits total doesn’t visibly jump right away.

Note: The Credits counter has a known display glitch where it lags behind after a successful redemption. Don’t re-enter the code if you already saw the confirmation message — your Credits are already banked and ready to spend in the shop.
