First fingerprint
The first fingerprint is the easiest one to find. From the hand pad area, check the glass surface located around the center section of the room.
Scan the glass, and you should discover the first fingerprint sample needed for the security bypass.
Second fingerprint
For the second fingerprint, move toward the southwest corner of the facility. Look around the Android storage area and find the Android container.
Go behind this container, where you will find a motorbike. Scan the motorbike to collect the second fingerprint.
Third fingerprint
The final fingerprint can be found near a generator inside the facility. Head over to the generator area and inspect the nearby surfaces using your scanner.
Collect the third fingerprint once it appears.
Submitting the prints
After collecting all three fingerprints, return to the locked equipment section. Use the hand pad again, and the collected fingerprint data will allow you to bypass the security system. Enter the secured area and pick up the Q-Watch to complete the objective.

Once you have all three fingerprints saved, the security system will recognize the required access data. The hand pad will unlock the restricted section, letting you steal the field equipment and collect the Q-Watch.
