Xiaomi Mi 8 started receiving a stable update to MIUI 10 a while back, but this was limited to the Chinese and Global versions of the phone.
Now, beginning this past weekend, users of the Mi 8 in Russia have been receiving an update that installs the stable MIUI 10 on the device as version 10.0.11.0.OEARUFH. The update brings all the goodies you’ve probably heard about MIUI 10, but it is still based on Android 8.1 Oreo and not the new Android 9 Pie, but an update is expected before the end of 2018.

This is an OTA update that should take several days before every Mi 8 user in Russia gets the OTA download notification, so you will have to be a little patient. Also, since this is a stable update, the OTA files will only be pushed to devices that are currently installed with the stable MIUI 9.
As noted, the Mi 8 will receive Android 9 Pie before the end of 2018, although those using the global MIUI 10 can already download this OS on their device.
