Xiaomi MIUI 10 is receiving a new update that bumps up the software version to 8.7.12. This is the global version of the custom ROM that has been available for a handful of Xiaomi smartphones since it went live in late May 2018.
As expected, the latest MIUI 10 beta 8.7.12 comes with a focus on system optimization and bug fixes. If you’ve had security issues on your Redmi Note 4, this is the update that takes care of that. For users of the Xiaomi Mi 6 who have been experiencing issues with lock screen notifications, you don’t want to miss on this update. Also, Xiaomi Mi 5 users who have had issues with video recording in 1080p can now rejoice on their way to downloading the beta 8.7.12.
