ViveTool is a command-line utility that lets you turn on features Microsoft has built into Windows 11 but hasn’t switched on for everyone yet. Each feature has its own ID number, and typing that number into ViveTool flips the feature on so you can try it before it rolls out officially.

How to redeem codes in Windows 11 ViveTool
Feature IDs aren’t typed into a game menu or a website. You run them through ViveTool itself, using Command Prompt or PowerShell.

C:\ViveTool.cd command to move into the folder where you extracted ViveTool.vivetool /enable /id:59213768
Note: some feature IDs only do anything on a Windows Insider Preview build, since the underlying code for that feature hasn’t shipped to the stable release yet. If nothing changes after a restart, that’s usually why.
How to get more Windows 11 ViveTool codes
New feature IDs show up whenever Microsoft ships a new Windows Insider Preview build on the Dev, Beta, or Canary channel, which tends to happen every few weeks. Microsoft documents many of these features and their status through its own Windows Insider Blog, so checking there after a new build lands is the most reliable way to spot fresh IDs tied to upcoming monthly updates.
Why didn’t my feature show up after enabling the ID?
Some feature IDs are tied to a specific Insider build and won’t do anything on an older or stable version of Windows 11. Make sure you’ve restarted your PC after running the command, since most changes only apply after a reboot.
New feature IDs tend to arrive in clusters tied to monthly updates, so it’s worth checking back after each Insider build if you’re chasing something specific like a redesigned settings page or a new taskbar option.
