Once the World Tree is open, this short east-then-southwest loop out of Alvon Lakefront is the fastest way to force a Shaolong to spawn.

Fast travel to Alvon Lakefront

This teleporter sits right on the edge of the spawn zone, making it the fastest launch point for the loop.

Sweep east along the road

Follow the road east and check every Pal on it — any of them can roll as a Shaolong at around Lv. 76-78.

Stop at the edge of the spawn range

The spawns cut off a short way down the road, so turn back once you hit that boundary instead of wandering further.

Loop southwest to the second cluster

Head southwest to the other spots, where the Dupins and Star Primes you see can also come up as Shaolong.

Its Partner Skill, Azure Sovereign, lets you ride it as a flying mount and hands your team an attack bonus — +4% Attack for each other Dragon Pal in your party, scaling up to +8% at higher skill levels, which makes it a natural anchor for a Dragon-heavy lineup. On the base side it covers Watering Lv. 8 and Gathering Lv. 5, and its raw stats back up the late-game price of admission.
