OnePlus took the wraps off the OnePlus 7 Pro at a New York City event yesterday, but this magnificent device, as expected, overshadowed others that also made their debut at the same event.

Alongside the Pro variant, OnePlus also launched the standard OnePlus 7 and another dubbed OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, which, as you may have guessed, is the Pro model with support for 5G network.

The standard OnePlus 7 is essentially a souped-up OnePlus 6T thanks to the inclusion of things like a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset and UFS 3.0 storage. However, it won’t be coming to the U.S., just like its 5G counterpart.

OnePlus 7 Pro 5G

Yes, OnePlus 7 Pro 5G won’t be sold in the U.S., although this shouldn’t be news to our readers. Apparently, the phone will be sold in European countries like the UK (EE) and Finland (Elisa). The standard OnePlus 7 will also be sold in Europe, Asia and other parts of the world.

Perhaps OnePlus deliberately avoided giving too much stage time (or none at all) to the two devices for the reason that they won’t be sold in the U.S.

So, if you have been asking when OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro 5G will be released in the U.S., well, there you go.
