Update: So Verizon has officially unveiled the build no. of the update, plus it changelog, both of which can be seen in the image at the bottom of this article.
HTC’s update announcer guy, Mo Versi, just let us know that Verizon is all set to roll an update tomorrow that will better the camera performance while also tuning some bugs here and there.
The HTC 10 already runs the latest Android OS, Marshmallow 6.0.1, so an Android version upgrade was never to be expected. But the one with camera improvement, which did a great job on unlocked HTC 10 earlier, was totally hoped for, and that Verizon has been quick to give it a green signal is only a good thing. We can only hope Verizon was this active with Android OS version upgrades too.
Anyway, cheer up Verizon HTC 10 users, keep your device connected to WiFi, and be ready to smash that ‘check for update’ button tomorrow to look for the update.
