Asus’s Verizon exclusive handset, the Asus ZenFone 4V has now paid a visit to the FCC. This essentially means that the company is currently testing the smartphone and also that we are nearing its launch day.
The FCC listing doesn’t reveal much except for the fact that the smartphone will carry the model number (Asus_A006) and come with the Android 7.0 Nougat pre-installed.
To recall, Asus has already sent a press invite for an event scheduled on September 21st, where the company is expected to launch the Asus ZenFone 4V (V520KL).

Besides, the ZenFone 4V alongside a bunch of other ZenFone 4 series have appeared on ZenTalk forums recently. As for the specs, at this point in time, we don’t have any details surrounding the ZenFone 4V’s specs.
The invite, however, subtly hints that the handset will feature a dual camera setup at the back and could possibly feature a near bezel-less display which, as you all know, is the current trend.
We will update you with more details as and when we learn something new. Until then keep a tab on this space.
