Mine keeps hanging at the sending recovery step. Tried it both with 1 click method as well as manually.
Updated the 1 click script with small command: fastboot erase cache. Should work now. Try and let me know 🙂

Sprint HTC ONE M8
Unlocked and got this .bat file to report success.
Fastboot unchecked.
1)But now when I try and go to recovery it just quickly goes to white screen with green HTC then back to fastboot screen.
2)navigate back to Hboot/Power button
3)select Recovery again…and it does the same loop back to 1)above
