The global Samsung Galaxy Note 8 started receiving Android Oreo in mid-March and the update started appearing in the U.S. at the end of March, with AT&T leading the way. If, however, your T-Mobile Note 8 is still on Nougat, it’s because the Un-carrier pulled the update only two days after it started rolling out.
T-Mobile has updated its Galaxy Note 8 software support page, saying that Oreo rollout is “temporarily on hold” and currently unavailable. There’s no explanation why this is happening, but usually, when a software update is halted, it’s because of a bug.

When exactly the update will resume still remains unknown, but hey, it’s been three weeks already, so hopefully, it will be resuming anytime soon.
