Sony started a rather new approach to build better user experience on its Xperia line of devices with the “Concept for Android” programme back in July. Under the programme, Sony distributes concept software builds to select Xperia users to test and take feedback directly from users.
Today, the “Concept for Android” programme is getting a Marshmallow edition for Xperia Z3 and Z3 Compact devices. Sony is inviting 10,000 Xperia Z3 users from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany, to take part in the Marshmallow edition of the programme.
If you own a Xperia Z3 or Z3 Compact you can take part by downloading the “Concept Sign-up” app from Play Store. The app is only available in countries eligible for Sony’s Concept for Android programme.
Sony’s Concept for Android Marshmallow edition will begin to rollout in the next couple of weeks to Xperia Z3 users. Sony is only taking in 10,000 users of the device so make sure you hurry if you want in on it.
