The Sony Xperia Yuga just refuses to stay under wraps, no matter how hard Sony might be trying to not let anyone know about it. The upcoming high-end Android smartphone from Sony has appeared on GLBenchmark, confirming some of its specs including the 1080p display, quad-core Snapdragon S4 processor with Adreno 320 graphics, and Android 4.1.1.

The Yuga’s display is rumored to be a 5″ unit with White Magic RGB technology, adding to the all-round top of the line specs, including a 16 megapixel camera, 2GB RAM, 32GB storage and a microSD card slot, and a 2500 or 2800 mAh battery.

Come now Sony, how many times must the device show its face in benchmarks and rumors before you’ll officially announce it as a real device? People are already heavily excited about the Yuga, so maybe Sony is enjoying this game of cat and mouse.
