Details of a mysterious Android device Sony seems to be working on – going by the name LT30p – have leaked thanks to its Bluetooth certification document on the Bluetooth SIG website. Judging by its specs – which include a 4.6″ 720p display and a 13 MP camera with 1080p video recording (and a 720p front camera) – seems to be the international version of the Japan-only Xperia GX.
The LT30p will have an attractive “ARC” design with metal back cover which indicates a premium device, which isn’t surprising considering its specs. According to the certification, the phone will be approximately 9 mm thick and weigh 140g. The device should launch with Android 4.0 out of the box just like the Xperia GX and will probably feature a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor.
Considering the Xperia GX made many envious with its “Japan only” tag, the LT30p will be eagerly anticipated by many once it is officially announced by Sony. As for further details, we’ll let you know when we get them. For now, let the drool party commence.
