It seems like we don’t have to wait too long for the Sharp FS8016. After visiting Geekbench and AnTuTu, the smartphone has now appeared on the GFXBench suggesting that its launch is imminent.
The listing gives us an insight into what to expect from the device in terms of specs, most of which fall in line with the previous rumors. There’s a 5.5-inch display with a slightly unusual resolution of 2040 x 1080 pixels.
It houses a 2.2GHz octa-core chipset which could be the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 chipset paired with Adreno 512 GPU. There’s 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. Also, as rumored earlier, the Sharp FS8016 will feature a 12MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies.

In addition to the Sharp FS8016, another handset from the company with the moniker Sharp X1 has also appeared on GFXBench.
According to the listing, the Sharp X1 will feature a 5.2-inch Full HD display, an octa-core 1.4GHz chip which is the Snapdragon 430. The Adreno 505 GPU will take care of graphics.
In terms of memory, the Sharp X1 will come with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage space. A 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera will take care of the imaging department.
Both the devices run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box.
