Samsung has announced its home market release of the 3.5 incher Android 2.2 buddy, called the Galaxy Ace (SHW-M240S). This modest little guy will feature in South Korea soon and would be available on SK telecom. The Ace (SHW-M240S) is a clone of Galaxy Ace (S5830) released in February 2011 in the international market. Ace features the aesthetic Hyperskin battery cover of the international variant which provided the latter, a subtle look and a superior grip.
The Smartphone comes with an Android 2.2 (Froyo) OS, Bluetooth 3.0 (that’s an upgrade), Wi-Fi, 3G service, 32 GB expandable memory, T-DMB (Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting), 5 MP camera with LED flash, DivX playback support, and 3.5 mm audio jack and a 1500 mAh battery.
So, if you happen to be in Korea, be sure to watch out for Samsung Galaxy Ace, which is indeed a real gem of a phone in the mid-range category.
