Okay so it wasn’t that only one Galaxy Music device was in the making. And it is totally not a music only device. It’s a smartphone. And it turns out it’s not the only –two Galaxy Music smartphones are in the making, actually.
The first one, which must be the real inspiration for Samsung to come up yet another marketing name for selling more phones, is the Galaxy Music — a 3.0” low-end Android phone with speakers on both sides with a ‘blue trim’. And the second one is the Galaxy Music Duos — the dual-sim sibling to the Galaxy Music phone (Phew!).
Now what we people were expecting was something entirely different from the Galaxy Music phone. When the first rumors of Galaxy Music popped out on the internet, we expected it be something of the Galaxy Player sorts which was introduced last year by Samsung in two screen sizes, 4-inch and 5-inch. It was a fail for Samsung, even if they did what exactly Apple do with iPod Touch. Anyway, the Galaxy Music is a phone. Not just a music player.
The Galaxy Music phone has a spec-sheet of the low-end devices. So they must come really affordable. And if Samsung has put anything else than two speakers on both the sides to make it sound more Galaxy Music phone like some software goodies inside to make music more sounding and enhanced or anything like that isn’t known yet, and the spec sheet too doesn’t tell much. Have a look:
