Everyone is waiting for Samsung’s Unpacked Event with bated breaths for they have a stream of flagship devices lined up to be unveiled. The Galaxy S10 series, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Buds are some of the devices that will be shown, but nothing will grab eyeballs like Samsung’s foldable device, to be unveiled alongside the rest.
With just a little over a week to go for the Unpacked event, things are starting to heat up. Samsung has been tip-toeing around the subject of its foldable smartphone for months now, rarely giving away meaningful information, but with the date of the event so close by, that approach has been dropped.
Yesterday, Samsung released a teaser announcing the Unpacked event on its official Twitter handle whilst clearly hinting at its folding device.
The teaser boldly proclaims that the future of smartphones will “unfold” at the Unpacked event. The graphics used on the proclamation testify to the same, unfolding to form a full-fledged sentence.

Samsung’s foldable smartphone is being called by a bunch of names- Galaxy F, Galaxy Flex and Galaxy Fold. It was first announced in November 2018 at Samsung’s Developer Conference, where the concept was discussed without actually showing the product.
At the Conference, Samsung released a few details regarding the foldable smartphone: the front display will have a resolution of 840×1960, a screen density of 420dpi, while the foldable display will have a resolution of 1536×2152 and a screen density of 420dpi.
If like us, you cannot wait for Samsung to unveil its foldable smartphone anymore, you can catch the Unpacked event live on Samsung’s official website on February 20th, 11 AM PST.
