Samsung devices to get a new “Assistant shutter” camera feature, debuts with Galaxy C7 Pro

The Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro was announced in China last week and it should be available for pre-order today. A new leaked screenshot from the device shows a new feature called Assistant Shutter.

As you can see from the screenshot above, the Assistant Shutter when enabled, would allow users to customize the shutter button on the Camera screen. That seems to be it, but the button could perform other actions as well. The feature could also make way to all 2017 launches from Samsung under the Galaxy brand.

The Galaxy C7 Pro comes with a 5.7-inch 1080p display and features the Snapdragon 625 processor. It also has 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, a 16MP main camera and a 16MP front camera as well. The device is backed up by a 3300mAh battery.

The pricing details for the C7 Pro isn’t known yet, but it is likely that it could be priced around 2,799 Yuan. We will provide more details once we know more.
