According to a new report coming from Korea, the Galaxy Note 7 might make a comeback in some regions. Samsung is apparently planning on selling refurbished units of the Note 7 with a new battery.
Samsung has already announced that the Note 7 explosion cause was due to inconsistent size of its battery. Therefore, in a quest to cut losses incurred due to the Note 7 recall, the company plans on selling refurbished Note 7 units as soon as June this year.
These refurbished units would have a smaller battery, a new outer shell, and few other new internals. On the outside though, the Note 7 will look, perform and feel the same, except for battery life.

The report states that Samsung would most likely sell the refurbished Galaxy Note 7 in emerging markets such as India and Vietnam. As for pricing, we believe it would be lower than what Samsung was originally selling it for.
Are you excited about the return of the Galaxy Note 7? If this report turns out to be true, that is.
