Optus Australia started selling the Huawei Mate 20 Pro in early November and to make most out of the upcoming shopping holiday season, the carrier has an exciting offer for those who purchase the device between November 23rd, 2018 and January 16th, 2019.
As long as your Mate 20 Pro purchase takes place between these two dates, you will be eligible for a gift of Huawei FreeBuds, a pair of earphones that usually retails for $199. Keep in mind that you must redeem this offer anywhere between December 1st, 2018 and January 31st, 2019.

The question you are probably asking is how to go about this. Well, it’s really easy if you stick to the instructions below as provided by Huawei.
- Purchase the Huawei Mate20 Pro between 23rd November 2018 and 16th January 2019 from Optus (or another participating retailer)
- Go to Huawei’s promotions page and complete the online claim form between 14 to 30 days from the date of your qualifying purchase, with the day of purchase date counting as day one. Make sure you have your purchase receipt and information handy
- After submitting your claim, you’ll receive an email either confirming your redemption or rejecting it with an explanation why
- Upon successful validation of your claim, your gift will arrive within 10 working days via recorded delivery. If you want to track your claim, use the claim ID supplied to you by Huawei.
