Oppo is said to be considering the March 2017 release for its Find 9. That’s ages far right now, and given the pace at which Chinese OEMs are able to launch their devices since its first leak on the web, The Oppo Find 9 looks like taking a century to release.
But anyway, there is another rumor to talk about as regards Find 9, and it’s about the processor that will powered the Oppo’s next flagship. Reports have it that it’s none other than the mighty Snapdragon 835 SoC, that was announced only recently, and is expected to be the heartbeat of many flagships of year 2017, like Snapdragon 820 was this year.
Guess we got to update out list of Snapdragon 835 phones to make an honorable mention of Oppo Find 9.
Other specs of the Oppo Find 9 have also been leaked, revealing that we can expect a S7 Edge or Note 7-like dual-curved display, sized 5.5-inch. Though, dual cameras haven’t made it to the list, yet, as it says here that 21MP rear camera and 16MP front facing camera are to stuffed inside the Find 9.
Find 9 could come with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, while the battery could top at 4100mAh. And Android 5.1? That’s a bit odd. Okay, a lot odd. But we think Oppo will find a way to launch the Find 9 with Android 7.0, because they have time on their side, given the March 2017 release date for the device.
