Oppo has introduced the A5 Pro 5G in India, focusing on durability and practical features for everyday use. The phone is designed to withstand tough conditions, making it suitable for users who need a reliable device that can handle drops, spills, and dust.

The A5 Pro 5G comes with an IP69 rating, which means it is protected against dust and can survive high-pressure water jets and submersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. The phone has also passed 14 military-grade durability tests, including resistance to shocks and exposure to various liquids such as coffee and soda.

Its build includes a 360-degree Armour Body, bionic cushioning, and an aluminium motherboard cover for added protection. The display is shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, which is claimed to be 160% more shatter-resistant than the previous model.

The device features a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. Under the hood, it runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The phone operates on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15, offering a user interface that is rated to remain fluid for up to four years.
