Oppo announced the selfie focused F5 in India earlier this week, and now, it is available for purchase from Amazon and Flipkart. The Oppo F5 is priced at INR 19,990 in India.
Let us talk about some of the highlighting features of the new Oppo F5 smartphone. The phone comes with a 6-inch display with slim bezels, 2160 x 1080 resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. But that’s not the highlight of the phone.
In the front, there’s a 20 MP selfie camera that uses Artificial Intelligence to map over 200 points on your face to give you the best selfies. The phone also includes an Iris scanner for quick unlock and Bokeh mode in the front camera. Another software feature will make your eyes shine in selfies, you know, for that dazzling look.

Apart from that AI powered selfie camera, the phone features a 16 MP sensor at the back with f/1.8 aperture and dual led flash. Inside the F5, you get the MediaTek MT6763T chipset that is coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Another variant of the F5 featuring 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage would be available next month.

The phone also has a 3.5mm headphone jack, a fingerprint sensor at the back, and powering the device is a 3200 mAh battery. All this for INR 19,990. The Oppo F5 will run Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box, skinned with Oppo’s Color OS. You can buy one from either Amazon or Flipkart right away!
