Nokia N1 based on Android Lollipop Goes on Sale in Taiwan for $270

Lately, Nokia announced its first Android tablet called Nokia N1. The device was announced in Taiwan in the last month. There are expectations that the tablet will be launched in countries including India, U.S., U.K. and Hong Kong as well. Now, the Nokia N1 has hit the retail shelves in Taiwan for a price tag of NT$8,199 (approx. $270).

To remind you of the specifications of the Nokia N1, the device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop and Nokia Z launcher. It boasts of a 7.9 inch display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

Under its hood, the Nokia N1 tablet makes use of a 2.3 GHz 64 bit Intel Atom Z3580 processor paired with 2 GB of RAM. It has an 8 MP main snapper and a 5 MP front facing selfie shooter onboard. The other goodies of the device include Bluetooth 4.0, micro USB, Wi-Fi and a 5,300 mAh battery.
