As far as we know, there are only two devices, the Nexus 4 and the Nexus 10 – both of which are not expected till November 13th, that will come with Android 4.2 – the latest flavor of Jelly Bean on board. And as far as we know, the Nexus 7, even the latest 32Gb version, is not one of them.

However, UK retailer HMV either doesn’t seem to think so, or knows something that the rest of the Android enthusiasts don’t, and seems to have gone ahead with putting out newspaper print ads for the Nexus 7 32GB, and indicating that it will come with Android 4.2 pre-loaded (Unless there is some other way of interpreting the ad above). While the Nexus 7 would anyway be one of the first devices to receive the official update to 4.2, as soon as Google has it ready, customers who place an order based on the last line in this print ad, are likely to be disappointed.

Lets just hope that not too many of these ads have been released yet. The Nexus 7 32GB is just another 10 days away now, and HMV may still be able to rectify this futuristic ad and put out a new set with more current and accurate info.
