The latest security patch from Verizon is making its way to the Motorola Moto Droid Turbo 2 today. But the update most probably isn’t the June patch as Motorola is yet to deliver the previous month’s updates. The device is exclusive to Verizon and the carrier hasn’t been that forthcoming when it comes to updates.
So this update should be installing security patches for the month of April or May, while it’s identified as software version 25.201.6.kinzie_verizon.verizon.en.US.
The Moto Droid Turbo 2 was released back in 2015 with Android 5.1 Lollipop and has since lived to see Nougat, which was released with the previous update. The Moto Z Play Droid, which is also a Verizon exclusive, received Nougat back in March.

Motorola is now expanding further into the budget market with the Moto C. The entry-level device retails at INR 5,999 and stays a notch below the current budget Moto E3 Power. Motorola recently also launched the Moto Z2 Play at Verizon, which will remain exclusive to the carrier in US. While, they have the Moto Z2 in works too.
