New Meizu device dubbed as M5c spotted on official site

What we have here is a leak of the official render showing the Meizu M5c. Details about the device remain clouded in mystery and we have little to no rumors from before, so this is our first look at the device.

The front of the devices shows off the trademark home button/fingerprint scanner that’s present on Meizu devices. The all black front looks pretty neat with the red accent. This smartphone features a single lens camera at the back, so there is a chance it could be a mid ranger or sit in the lower end of the high-end spectrum.

The Meizu M5c may receive the Helio P30 chipset from MediaTek along with 4GB of RAM, but that’s just our guess for now. The flagship Meizu Pro 7 on the other hand may be powered by the more powerful Helio X30 SoC if the rumors are to be believed. The Meizu M5c should is expected to run Flyme OS sitting atop Nougat, but that too remains to be seen.

As shown from the image above, the Meizu M5c will be available in five color variants: black, blue, red, gold and pink. Obviously, all of these colors will carry a different moniker. We can’t place a finger on the pricing yet but the M5c is speculated to release in a Meizu event to be held tomorrow based on current rumors, so we should know soon enough.
